Developing this spirit requires high interest, fostered by entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy. Students' strong interest in entrepreneurship encourages bravery, as they feel empowered to become successful entrepreneurs. This study aims to analyze the relationship between entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial interest of students at SMA Negeri 1 Lamongan. Using a quantitative descriptive approach with questionnaires, the study involved 78 students from grades XII 11 and XII 12. Data collection methods included observation, tests, and documentation. T-test results partially indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge has no significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, while self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect. The focus is on the extent to which ROA and CR influence stock price fluctuations. The method employed is quantitative, utilizing financial statement data and stock data. Analysis is conducted through descriptive and statistical approaches, including classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). Results show that ROA and CR significantly affect stock prices, with t-values of 33.557 and 11.603, respectively, and an F-value of 569.729. The regression equation Y = 34.40 - 84.28(X1) + 81(X2) indicates ROA has a negative effect while CR has a positive effect. The research employed a quantitative method with a population of 150 employees and a sample of 60 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) application. The results show that Leadership Style has a negative and insignificant effect on Employee Performance, with a t-statistic value of 1.298 < 1.967 and a P-value of 0.195. Conversely, Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with a t-statistic of 3.048 > 1.967 and a P-value of 0.002. Similarly, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with a t-statistic of 4.425 > 1.967 and a P-value of 0.000. This study uses a quantitative approach, and the sample used is 65 students who use Shopeepay e-wallet from the population of 11th grade students majoring in AKL, MPLB, and BDP in the 2024/2025 academic year. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaire answers and secondary data. All of this is done with SPSS 23 calculations, that there is a significant partial effect of the use of e-wallet on online shopping applications on students' saving behavior can be seen from the calculated t of 3.642> and the t table is 1.999. Pocket money has a significant effect on students' saving behavior, this is indicated by the results of the t test where the calculated t is 5.984> and the t table is 1.999. Based on the results of the SPSS 23 output, the results of the study on the effect of using the Shopeepay e-wallet on online shopping applications and pocket money on students' saving behavior simultaneously have a significant impact, as shown by the results of the F test with a calculated F value > F table (48.762 > 3.14). Layanan pinjaman online (fintech lending) semakin populer karena prosesnya yang mudah dan cepat, namun masih menghadirkan risiko seperti penyalahgunaan data pribadi, bunga tinggi, dan keberadaan platform ilegal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 100 responden yang pernah menggunakan atau mengenal layanan pinjaman online. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert 5 poin, yang dianalisis melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat (sig. 0,027 < 0,05; β = 0,330). Risiko tidak berpengaruh signifikan (sig. 0,552 > 0,05; β = -0,074). Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat (sig. F = 0,002 < 0,05) dengan R² sebesar 0,068. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa faktor kemudahan penggunaan menjadi penentu utama, sementara risiko belum menjadi pertimbangan dominan. The background to this research is the high unemployment rate of vocational school graduates, which shows that there is a difference between the competence of graduates and the requirements needed by the world of work. Two important factors that are considered to increase students' work readiness are soft skills and motivation. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach and collects data by distributing questionnaires to 64 people selected through purposive sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partical Least Square (PLS) was used to analyze the data. The SmartPLS application is used to do this. The research results show that soft skills and motivation have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on work readiness. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and lifestyle on financial management. A quantitative method was applied to 370 respondents aged 18–26 using questionnaires and SmartPLS analysis. The results show an R² value of 0.367, indicating that the independent variables explain 36.7% of financial management variation. Hypothesis testing confirmed that financial literacy significantly influences financial management (O = 0.531; T = 7.575; p = 0.000), as does lifestyle (O = 0.204; T = 3.966; p = 0.000). Simultaneously, both variables have a positive effect (O = 0.604; T = 10.149; p = 0.000). Kompetensi diukur melalui pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap kerja, sedangkan kesejahteraan anggota dianalisis menggunakan lima tingkatan kebutuhan Maslow: fisiologis, rasa aman, sosial, penghargaan, dan aktualisasi diri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif-asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah 1.551 anggota, dengan sampel 100 responden yang dipilih melalui stratified random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier sederhana menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pengurus berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan anggota, dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,001, t-hitung 12,445 > t-tabel 1,66, dan R² sebesar 0,612. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kompetensi pengurus, semakin meningkat kesejahteraan anggota. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menguji apakah Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Assets (ROA) dan Return on Equity (ROE). The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of rising food commodity prices on consumer purchasing power. The study applied a quantitative approach with a survey method and simple linear regression analysis. Data were obtained from 58 housewives through questionnaires. The instruments were declared valid, reliable, and fulfilled classical assumption tests. The results show that the increase in sembako prices has a significant effect on consumer purchasing power (sig. 0.000 < 0.05; t-count 5.245 > t-table 1.673). Shallots were identified as the most affected commodity, followed by garlic, chili, and eggs. A quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique was used, involving 78 employees. Data analysis employed simple linear regression. The results show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicated by a regression equation of Y = 4.531 + 0.896X. The t-count value of 18.438 > t-table 1.665 with a significance level of <0.05 proves that the work environment significantly affects employee performance. This is proven by the hypothesis test of the Work Quality variable on the Performance of Police Personnel, the value of to = 13.352> t0.05 (61) = 1.670, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a very significant influence. Based on the calculation results, there is a positive influence of Work Motivation on the Performance of Police Personnel, the partial value of 0.843 is obtained, meaning there is a very strong influence or influence with a coefficient of determination of 71.1%. This is proven by the hypothesis test of the Work Motivation variable on the Performance of Police Personnel, the value of to = 6.917> t0.05 (61) = 1.670, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a significant influence. Simultaneously there is a positive influence of the variables of Work Quality and Work Motivation on the variable of Police Personnel Performance with a simultaneous correlation value or Model Summary producing an R value of 0.916 and while the R Square value is 0.839 or 83.9%, this can be stated that the results of the analysis together the variables of Work Quality and Work Motivation on the variable of Police Personnel Performance have a very strong influence. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,864 (> 0,05). Sebaliknya, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05) dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,931. Secara simultan, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan berdasarkan hasil uji F. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja merupakan faktor penting yang memengaruhi kinerja, sementara kepemimpinan belum memberikan dampak signifikan dalam konteks perusahaan ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap 9 informan yang dipilih secara purposif, terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, Bendahara BOS, 4 Guru PNS, dan 3 Guru Honorer. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan leadership berperan dalam peningkatan kinerja guru. This study aims to determine the description of employee competency development and the obstacles encountered at Bakoel Moza in Sumenep Regency. This type of research uses qualitative methods with observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that competency development is carried out through training, division of tasks according to expertise, department transfers, and the creation of a positive work environment. However, the main obstacles are ineffective communication and the lack of comprehensive training. Performance assessments cover discipline, creativity, and responsibility. Competency development strategies have been shown to increase employee productivity and readiness to face work challenges. However, a more systematic approach is needed to ensure all employees develop according to business needs.
